The 2016 PSL Awards: A league of its own

It was a night of celebration. A night to acknowledge and reward the very best that local football has to offer. And it didn’t disappoint.
Emperors Palace in Kempton Park was selected to host last night’s PSL Awards. As night fell, the who’s who of the sporting world arrived and took to the red carpet. A few camera flashes later and everyone had made their way into the function room to await the start of the proceedings.
From heart-stopping goals to up-and-coming Absa Prem stars, the 2016 PSL Awards was one for the books. Here’s a quick look back at the Absa sponsored award winners of the night:

After 10 long months, 30 intense fixtures, and over 2 700 minutes of exciting football, another season of the Absa Premiership is done and dusted. Congrats to all the winners of this year’s awards, and we look forward to seeing you all for the start of the new season in August.
